Hi,

I would like to send current LibreOffice 3.3 Calc document with e-mail. I selected File | Send | Document as E-mail, but got error:

"LibreOffice was unable to find a working e-mail configuration. Please save this document locally instead and attach it from within your e-mail client."

Is there any way I can configure LibreOffice to use my Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1.7 on Windows XP sp3?

Regards

Hi, I have searched the Tools

Hi,

I have searched the Tools | Options | Internet but there is no E-mail settings. In my case there are only: Proxy, Search, Browser Plug-in and MediaWiki.

Have I missed something or this settings is somewhere else?

Hi, I have read documentation

Hi,

I have read documentation about e-mail and there is info that settings Tools | Options | Internet | E-mail is only available on Linux. On Windows there is always used the default e-mail client.

I did the following (Windows XP): Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add Remove Programs | "Set Program Access and Defaults" tab. From Choose a configuration window I have selected Custom. From "Choose a default e-mail program" settings there was setting set as "Use my current e-mail program" (BTW, don't understand this design - which is default e-mail program???) and selected "Mozilla Thunderbird" option and made sure the "Enable access to this program" is selected.

I have closed Writer and open it again (don't know if this is really needed) and now I can use "Document as e-mail" icon from toolbar.

Problem solved.

Regards
